About this Nominee

Dr. Olsen graduated with honors from the University of Pacific, School of Dentistry located in San Francisco, California. Dr. Olsen completed his specialty training in the field of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Cook County Hospital in Chicago, Illinois, gaining extensive experience in trauma, pathology, bone grafting and dentoalveolar surgery with an emphasis on dental implants. Dr. Olsen continues to complete hundreds of hours of continuing education per year, keeping abreast of the latest procedures and technology. He is a board certified oral and maxillofacial surgeon and also a board certified dental anesthesiologist. He is a fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantology.
