About this Nominee
Family-owned and passionately run, Omakase Por Favor is a celebration of hospitality, artistry, and bold flavor. Guests are guided through a “trust the chef” omakase experience, featuring fresh, locally sourced ingredients and coastal Mexican flavors with a Japanese twist. While seafood is the star, there is something for everyone — including vegan and vegetarian omakase options.
